Equine Assisted Coaching

Service Description

Is Equine Assisted Coaching Right for You? This work is ideal for individuals and leaders who want clarity, confidence, and authentic change — and who are open to experiencing insight in a whole new way. No horse experience required. Sessions are safe, supportive, and deeply impactful. What Is Equine Assisted Coaching? Equine Assisted Coaching is a powerful, experiential approach to personal and professional growth that partners you with horses to create real, lasting change. Instead of talking about challenges, you experience insight in the moment through guided interactions with horses on the ground — no riding required. Horses naturally respond to your body language, emotions, and intention. Their honest, non-judgmental feedback quickly reveals patterns around communication, leadership, confidence, and boundaries — often more clearly than conversation alone. What Happens in a Session? With a skilled coach guiding the process, you work alongside horses in a safe, grounded environment. Each session is designed to surface what words sometimes cannot. You will leave with practical, actionable takeaways you can apply immediately to your life or relationships. Sessions take place at Rancho Piedra in Tubac, Arizona — a peaceful, natural setting that supports deep reflection and genuine transformation. What You Will Gain Through equine assisted coaching, clients often experience: ● Deeper self-awareness and emotional clarity ● Increased confidence and authentic leadership presence ● Greater understanding of personal patterns and boundaries ● Insight that is felt, not just understood intellectually ● Real, lasting change that carries into everyday life Ready to experience something different? Whether you are navigating a transition, seeking clarity, or simply ready for a new kind of growth — the horses are ready when you are. Work With Me
